Location: Clayton, NC
Pay: Competitive + $1,000 Signing Bonus
Schedule: Flexible (Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends)

Job Description:
Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role focuses on helping individuals build independence, develop job skills, and participate in their community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily activities and job tasks
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Build positive relationships
• Assist with transportation and community involvement
• Complete basic documentation

Requirements:

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass background and driving checks
