Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in achieving greater independence, especially through employment and community integration.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals with daily tasks, employment goals, and life skills

• Build positive relationships and promote self-advocacy

• Collaborate with families, case managers, and team members

• Assist with transportation and, if needed, personal care

• Complete documentation and maintain safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background checks

• Willingness to support personal care needs (as required)

• Able to lift/support clients, depending on individual needs

Signing Bonus Details:

• $333 after 90 days

• $333 after 6 months

• $334 after 1 year
  (Must average 20+ hours/week; exclusions apply)
