Abound Health is looking for a Team Support Specialist/Office Manager to support our Greenville office and Day Program. The Team Support Specialist is responsible for upholding Abound Health mission, vision and values by supporting Abound Health Qualified Professionals (QP), Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and Clients while also ensuring smooth daily operations for their assigned facility(ties). Essential Job Duties:
The TSS is an integral part of our clinical teams ensuring that our records are in compliance and our staff are supported. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Support QPs and Program Directors with report submissions to Manage Care Organizations (MCOs) including SARs and other data requests
- Support QPs with progress summaries
- Support QPs with monthly MAR processes and follow up needs
- Assisting with DSP electronic record maintenance audits to ensure compliance with Medicaid, Agency, and Regulatory requirements
- Assisting with Client record maintenance and audits to ensure compliance with Medicaid, Agency, and Regulatory requirements
- Assisting with DSP certification management by forwarding documents to certification department
- Monitor reports to identify missing DSP notes and timesheets
- Communicate with DSPs to correct any note or timesheet issues before billing and payroll
- Providing DSP records, per Abound’s P&P, as requested by other internal teams
- Assisting DSPs with scheduling classes and completing trainings
- Assist with submitting DSP status changes and terminations as necessary
- Update existing DSP records with new supervisor and record status change from old to new QP
- Assisting DSPs with troubleshooting OnTarget and LMS system
- Local support for recruiting and onboarding DSPs
- Coordinating events with Staff, Caregivers and Clients
- Create and distribute monthly Day Program calendar (if applicable)
- General Office Duties Including but not limited to:
- Keeping shared office areas presentable
- Manage local vendors, deliveries, and mail
- Maintaining supply orders
- Point of contact for office equipment, technology, and facility repairs and maintenance
- Answering inbound calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Facilitating CPR/FA trainings
- Performing Emergency Drills and Internal Inspections
- Maintaining Hazard Communication Binder
- Additional support, projects, and administrative assistance as directed by Program Director
- Provide a positive and friendly experience for Abound Health Staff, Clients, and Visitors
- Perform feedback and follow up interactions with Clinical staff to evaluate performance
- Attend and be active client in daily/weekly huddles
- Ability to work independently and interdepartmentally to problem solve and provide resolution

- Assure clients are free from abuse, mistreatment, and/or neglect and report any incidents of such to supervisor.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver License
- Safe Driving Record
- No substantiated findings of abuse and/or neglect
- Criminal, LEIE, NC Health Care Registry Check and Sexual Offender Background checks clear of health and safety risks
- Reliable and safe transportation
- Current Auto Insurance
Work Environment
This job operates in the Abound Health Administrative Offices, MCO Administrative Offices, Client’s home and various community settings (library, parks, shopping areas, Abound Health Day Programs, etc.).
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move about inside and outside an office setting, and operate a computer and other office machinery; detect and communicate accurate information often via multiple media types. The employee must occasionally transport or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel
Travel is expected within the community.

- Full Time
- Hourly Non-Exempt
- Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm; extended or weekend hours during extenuating circumstances and as duties dictate.
