We’re currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and caregivers to provide services at our Oak St. Group Home location in Sharpsville, PA. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we offer the training, support, and flexibility to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll be a trusted guide and companion, helping individuals:

  • Build skills in daily living, social interaction, and vocational goals
  • Enjoy recreational and community activities
  • Receive respite and companionship care
  • Navigate personal care needs with dignity and respect
  • Thrive in their homes and communities with your support

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with I/DD
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Willingness to learn and grow through training
  • Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Physical ability to assist with lifting if needed
  • CPR/First Aid certification (we’ll provide training)

Pay Rates

  • $16.50–$18.00/hour (no behavioral experience)
  • $23.00/hour (with behavioral experience)

Schedule Options

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Morning, evening, and overnight shifts available

Signing Bonus Details

  • $333 after 90 days (20+ hrs/week)
  • $333 after 6 months (20+ hrs/week)
  • $334 after 1 year (20+ hrs/week)

Note: Bonus not available for Residential Services or Relative as Provider (RAP) hires. Applicants must not have worked for Abound Health or its affiliates within the past 18 months.
