Job Title: Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Paid Training Provided
Pay: Weekly Pay + $1,000 Signing Bonus (See Eligibility Requirements Below)

Eligibility may include:
Completing all required onboarding steps
Remaining actively employed for the specified period
Meeting minimum work hours or assigned shift requirements

As a DSP, you empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives. Your responsibilities may include:
Empowerment & Personal Care: Assisting with ADLs such as hygiene, grooming, and meals
Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Following support plans, providing encouragement, and assisting with de-escalation
Community Integration: Supporting with appointments, hobbies, and community-based activities or jobs
Health & Wellness: Helping with mobility, medication administration, and preparing simple, nutritious meals
We hire for heart and train for skill. No experience required.
Must-Haves:
A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
18+ years old
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
What We Value:
Experience as a family caregiver—your lived experience matters
Previous experience as a DSP, PCA, HHA, or CNA (a plus, not required)
Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs
