Your Role & Impact

You will be a vital part of her daily life, providing the physical and medical support she needs to thrive while ensuring she remains an active member of her community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Care: Provide full physical assistance with transfers, bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Medical Advocacy: Administer medications, monitor for seizures, and assist with catheterization (up to 3x daily).

• Health Maintenance: Manage wheelchair positioning and tilt schedules to ensure skin integrity and safety.
• Community & Therapy: Accompany her to social events, swimming sessions, and horseback riding to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven background in caregiving, specifically with physical and intellectual disabilities.

• Skills: Ability to handle full physical transfers and complex medical monitoring.
